Day 01: Amritsar and day trip of Local Amritsar and Wagah Border
Upon arrival, check in to hotel and after refresh explore the vibrant city of Amritsar, visiting the iconic Golden Temple and witnessing the captivating Wagah Border Ceremony at Indo-Pak boarder. Immerse yourself in the rich cultural heritage and spiritual atmosphere of this remarkable destination. Reach back Amritsar and overnight at Amritsar
Day 02: Amritsar to Dalhousie – 210 Km / 5 Hours
Depart Amritsar and journey to the picturesque hill station of Dalhousie. Admire the stunning natural beauty and colonial-era architecture as you settle into this serene mountain town. Arrival and indulge in own activities or take some nature walk and overnight at Dalhousie.
Day 03: Dalhousie to Chamba en route Chamera Dam visit and Chamba, return to Dalhousie
Let’s start your Chamba tour package, embark on a scenic drive to Chamba, stopping along the way to visit the impressive Chamera Dam. Explore the historic town of Chamba, with its ancient Lakshmi Narayan temple, Bhoori Singh Museum, famous Chowgan and vibrant local markets, before returning to Dalhousie.
Day 04: Khajjiar and Dalhousie local sightseeing
After breakfast, discover the enchanting meadows of Khajjiar, often referred to as the “Mini Switzerland of India.” Spend the day exploring the natural wonders and local attractions of Dalhousie like Satdhara, Pujpulla, Shubhash Bowly, and St. Church. Evening free for shopping at The Mall (All known as Shubhash Chowk). Overnight at Dalhousie hotel.
Day 05: Dalhousie to Dharamshala – 155 Km – 5 Hours
After the delicious breakfast at hotel, check out and depart to Dalhousie and make your way to the spiritual hub of Dharamshala, home to the Dalai Lama and the Tibetan government-in-exile.
Day 06: Dharamshala local day trip
Immerse yourself in the rich Tibetan culture and Buddhist heritage of Dharamshala. Visit the Dalai Lama’s residence, the Namgyal Monastery, and other significant sites. Overnight stay at Dharamshala hotel.
Day 07: Depart to Delhi (500 Km) or Chandigarh (250 Km)
Bid farewell to your Himalayan adventure as you depart for Delhi or Chandigarh, marking the end of your memorable journey.
